Orders & inventory
Every book we list is a single, hand-picked physical copy. When you add a book to your cart we hold it for 15 minutes so another shopper can't grab it while you check out. If you don't complete checkout in that window, the hold releases and the book is back up for everyone.
Pricing & payment
All prices are in US dollars. Payments are processed by Square. We charge your card at checkout for the items in your cart plus shipping and any applicable sales tax. If a payment is declined, your order doesn't go through and no books are held.
Shipping
We ship within a few business days of your order. Shipping rates and current policies are on our FAQ page. Once your order ships you'll get a tracking number by email.
Returns
If your book arrives damaged or you receive the wrong title, reach out within 14 days and we'll make it right. Because we deal in pre-loved books, returns for change of mind are handled on a case-by-case basis — please contact us and we'll do our best.
Your account
If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your password safe. You can delete your account at any time from your account settings, or by contacting us.
